Cross-border access, routes for your needs

Start with the service you need to access, then compare regions, routes and data. Looking at each factor separately makes it easier to decide than relying on plan names alone.

Steady connections at peak times: compare routes

Connection quality at peak times often depends on the entry network, cross-border path and destination—not just how close a region is. When comparing routes, keep the target website and local network the same. Then compare the IEPL dedicated line, relayed and direct options, and see whether pages load consistently and video plays without interruption. GHZVPN separates region and route type so you can check each factor in turn. If a connection stalls, try another route type in the same region before switching regions. This makes it easier to find a connection that works for everyday use instead of switching at random.

How to compare routes

Same region, compare route types

  • IEPL dedicated line · Consider the cross-border path
  • Relayed · Compare entry and forwarding performance
  • Direct · Account for differences in local networks
No logs: understand the privacy boundaries

When choosing a network service, consider not only whether it connects, but also how it describes its privacy practices. GHZVPN states that it keeps no logs; see the privacy policy for details on how information is handled. A network connection and an account on a destination website are separate matters: after connecting, websites may still identify you based on your sign-in status, browser settings and account details. Keep account passwords and subscription information secure, and don't post subscription details publicly. Assess privacy based on the service's policies and your own practices; no network tool is an absolute guarantee.

Unlimited devices: use your everyday devices

You don't need to count simultaneous connections across your work computer, personal devices and home computer. GHZVPN supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, with unlimited simultaneous devices. Each platform needs to be configured separately; connecting one device doesn't configure the others. When using multiple devices, keep an eye on your plan's total data allowance, especially since system updates, file sync and video streaming can use data continuously. Verify the connection on your main devices first, then set up the rest. This also makes troubleshooting easier.

Connect to AI tools: check regional availability first

A working connection is only the first step when using AI tools. The service must also be available in your selected region, and its account requirements must be met. Check the tool's regional rules before choosing a route, then verify that sign-in, prompt submission and responses all work as expected. If the page loads but a feature doesn't work, check the account notice before assuming you have run out of data. GHZVPN offers international route options for different needs; eligibility, features and regional policies are determined by each platform. Before handling work materials, review the tool's own data-use policies.

  • Check which regions the platform supports
  • Review sign-in and account notices
  • Test prompt submission and responses
Streaming access: test each platform

Whether streaming content plays can depend on the exit region, platform detection, account region and content licensing. First identify the region where the content is available, then open the platform after connecting and test it. Loading the homepage doesn't guarantee a specific title will play; successful playback now doesn't guarantee the same result later. GHZVPN lets you choose international routes by region. Check current availability on the platform itself. If you see an error, keep the platform's message and check the route region rather than judging content availability by the route name alone.

7-day refunds: evaluate your experience

Network performance can vary with your location, provider and destination service, so review the refund policy alongside plan details before choosing. GHZVPN offers 7-day refunds; see the terms of service for eligibility and instructions. After getting started, test the websites, clients and device switching you use regularly as soon as you can. Monthly plans and non-expiring data packs are billed differently, so don't compare them by price alone. Consider your data use, how often you connect and the refund policy to decide which option fits.

International routes and region selection

90+ countries / 170+ routes. Choose an exit region based on the destination service, then compare how well your local network connects to it.

A region name doesn't tell you how a connection will perform

Routes can differ within the same region, and a closer location isn't necessarily better for every website. For browsing, check whether pages and sign-in flows work smoothly. For video, test playback of the actual title. For file transfers, see whether they complete reliably. Keep the same device and destination website while comparing routes to avoid changing several factors at once.

The route table is an example of how to compare options

The table below shows example combinations of regions, cities and route types. It is not a complete list of available nodes and does not guarantee streaming support. Check the user panel and client for current options. Compare IEPL dedicated lines, relayed and direct routes on your own network; the names alone don't predict speed or availability.

Route status reference

Status indicators help illustrate route options, but they aren't a substitute for testing on your own network. Verify connection quality on the device and network you'll actually use.

How to check your connection Open a website you use regularly, then check the exit region and client status. If the site shows an error, check the account requirements and route region separately. For troubleshooting, start with the connection checks in the guide. Read the getting started guide →

Monthly plans and data packs

If you connect regularly, consider the monthly allowance. If you connect occasionally, consider how long your data lasts. Estimate your usage habits first, then compare plan prices.

Suitable for browsing, looking up information and messaging. If you often stream video or sync files, pay close attention to the data allowance before choosing.

Lower data cost per unit on monthly plans

Use until depleted · Never expires

Irregular use? Compare data packs

Data packs are available at ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They last until used and never expire. They suit users with irregular usage who want to plan around their remaining data. Monthly plans and data packs are billed differently, so don't treat a data pack price as a monthly fee. Consider both the allowance and how often you connect.

Activation and upgrades

Check your data reset date

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date; billing isn't aligned to the calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. If your usage stays high, check usage across your clients and devices before deciding whether to change plans. Don't estimate long-term needs from a single file transfer.

All plans support Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, with unlimited devices. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refund policy: 7-day refunds.

Common questions before getting started

Check your account, billing and connection setup first. For more on route differences and choosing a plan, read our guide to choosing a VPN.

Do I need an email address to get started?

No email required—you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details safe, and get subscription details and client configuration from the user panel after signing in. Don't share pages or subscription details containing account information publicly. The homepage's “Start Free” link goes to account creation. Paid plan prices and data allowances are shown on the plans page and in the panel; this doesn't mean all data is free forever.

Does unlimited devices mean unlimited data?

Unlimited devices refers to the number of devices that can be connected at once; it doesn't mean unlimited data. Monthly plans include 60GB, 250GB or 500GB, with data resetting monthly on your activation date. Non-expiring data packs last until used. When connecting multiple devices, consider your needs for video, file transfers and cloud sync. Estimate your typical usage before deciding whether to keep your current plan or switch.

Can I watch streaming content from any region once connected?

A connected status alone doesn't confirm that content is available. Results also depend on the platform's regional rules, title licensing and account requirements, so test directly on the platform. Choose a destination region, then open the title and check playback. If you see a notice, record its full text and check your account and route region. For more on platform detection and verification, see the streaming support page.

How do I get a client and check that I'm connected?

Open the client download section in the user panel and configure the app for your platform. Sign in to access your subscription details. After connecting, visit a familiar website, then check your exit information on an IP lookup page. If the site still won't load, check the selected route and your network status, then try another route type in the same region. Follow the getting started guide for step-by-step instructions. There's no need to look for installers or subscription links on public pages.

Which payment methods are supported, and can I get a refund if it's not right for me?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported, and 7-day refunds are available. See the terms of service for request details. Before choosing a plan, compare monthly billing with data packs. After getting started, test your usual websites, devices and network environment as soon as possible. For account or order issues, submit a request through the user panel's support ticket area. Don't post order or subscription details publicly.
